Jalapeno & Sharp Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
Eggs, White Vinegar, Mayo, Mustard, Cheese, Jalapeno Peppers & Paprika

Place the eggs in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil for five minutes.
Take an egg out, run it under cold water, peel it and cut it in half
to make sure the yoke is solid.

Peel and half all the eggs.
Put the yokes in a bowl and the egg halves on a plate.

Add some mustard, vinegar and mayo.
I never measure these. Just ad some. Give it a taste.
And tweak to your liking.

Dice the cheese into small cubes and chop up the peppers.
Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar is the best.

Add the diced cheese and peppers into the filler and mix well.

Fill up the egg halves. Be generous as you have plenty of material.

Sprinkle the Paprika over the eggs.
If you are not serving for awhile, you can add the paprika later.
Cover and keep refrigerated untill served.

CAUTION
Eat them one at a time!!!

Variations
Of course you can make all manner of deviled eggs.
Just cheese (and you have a hundred varieties to choose from).

Jalapeno Monertey Jack would be good.
I've made it with pepperoni, ham, summer sausage, etc...
The skies the limit. Have fun. Experiment.

I prefer to cube the cheese over shredding because the cheese
flavor does not seem to come through as well when shredded.

I learned of someone else that makes their deviled egg mixture
with relish in place of vinegar. I'll bet that works very well, and
there are hundreds of types of relish, which could make
for a huge variety of wonderful flavors.
